People are so quick to comment on poor service delivery, but never pass positive comments when something is in fact being done. As I entered Douglas yesterday I noticed that there were roadworks underway and our roads are indeed a pleasuer to drive on now. ongani is clean, neat and tidy. The municipal building in Bongani has new fencing and the community hall is also being fenced.
