People are too focused on losing weight rather than learning correct ways of losing body fat This makes a MASSIVE difference.. Debbie and Louise both decided that they needed to lose weight.. You see being overweight made them unhappy so NOW was the time for them to take some action.. They got on with it and joined the gym together but one preferred cardio but the other had read about using weight training for fat loss.. One of these had made a wise choice.. They were both losing weight at a steady pace, this was good.. ^^ I highly recommend this.. You see when people lose 5/6/7lbs of weight a week then it normally comes back to sting you in the ASS! ^^ No PUN intended ;) >>> Which is what happens when people go on these daft weekly detox plans or crash crazy diets!! Honestly, if you EVER have to do something which makes you hungry and leaves you tired then do you think this is a good way of trying to lose some body fat? What happens is people lose a load of weight but you can be sure they are losing more than just body fat and are probably spending too long in the toilet.. You see going for a pee every 30 minutes isnt how people lose body fat.. Anyway, after their 1st month they both reported in at weighing the same as each other and had also both lost 8lbs..YAY!! ..But one of them was not happy.. She could not understand why the other looked better in her clothes.. You would think that if they had both lost the same amount of weight then they would both look the same, right? The trouble here was the fact that they had not taken into account their body fat levels. Yes they had both lost the same amount of weight but one had a much higher body fat percentage.. The one who was looking better in clothes & even dropping a dress size too BTW was the one who had used the approach with weight training.. So concentrate on the body fat percentage. Yes the scales can be used as a guide but this tends to making people start doing silly things to make the numbers move faster!! Dont set yourself up for disappointment, use the right strategies.. Youll spend less time exercising and be happier in the long run.. PS- If you dont know how then ask someone who does.. PPS - Yeah thats me ;)
