People come in all the time and try on a beautiful wedding dress or prom dress and price is an issue. I understand budgets very well. This is a very expensive business to run. But being a seamstress, I get the tears on the other end when the dress is received and it is not what they hoped. In fact sometimes its a fiasco beyond any expectations. Theres goes the budget again! Because now you have to turn a nightmare into a wearable dress, which is going to cost you money. Or now you have to buy a whole new dress in a short time frame which is going to cost you more money AND you have to settle for something less than your dream because now you have lost the time you wasted waiting for that dress. Thats the reason I decided to post this because these internet sites hurt brick and mortar stores like us but mostly they hurt lovely trusting brides and prommies like YOU. So buyer beware! Thats good, solid advice, my friends.
