People have to get this into their notice that when you are working under any organization;it will be hard to live the dream of your choice forever. Firstly,when you are employed youll be assign to resume at a given time and close at a particular time.Your choice & time will be taking away from you and as well as decision,reason is you work under organization owned by a person.So you have to comply to their terms and condition. Secondly if you work under any organization all in the name of salary your money is being negotiate and fixed for a long time.The company decide when it increases because salary always fixed. Moreover,three terrible condition happen when you are working under any organization. i.Retrench/sack:-means you can be sack at anytime you fail to perform your duty well or it maybe any crisis that can occur to it. You are not safe. ii.Resigned:-means you can resign at anytime you no longer interested in the work again of Problem of poor salary payment. iii.Retirement(Inevitable):-means no matter where you work or what youre receiving as a salary youll still going to end-up in retiring. By that time you wont be receiving what youre collecting again and theyll sum up your entitlement and pay you off.Maybe the time you employed you still look agile and now you are old with years well spent and they now reward you with an Award.You are not save.Look at the life of salary earner.Like an orange that have a best juice after sucking you throw out the shaft away. There end is not always better.
