People in this town have been enduring police oppression for years without relief. They are targeted and terrorized on a daily bases by the police. It was proven that a police commander briefed his officers to profile and arrest them and that they complied to the unlawful orders. Their own police statistics prove the police have engaged in a 14 year campaign against the civil rights of these citizens. Blacks are 86% more likely to get stopped by the police. That is disproportionate to ther demographics. Whites are 2% likely to be stopped. This was known by the mayor, the governor and the states prosecutors and they condoned it! Just like they are condoning the Nazi police action against the protestors.
