With right leg in front, sink low through the hips and extend your right arm into an awesome stretch from fingertips to your left heel. Become as long as possible. Next turn your heart center toward the right and open everything. 2. Triangle - Hold 30 to 120 seconds depending on your experience and how you feel in this pose. 3. Wide Legged Chest Expansion - modification, keep hands on the floor or use a towel to hold onto in between hands.
