Perfect Perfect PERFECT!!! So i go on and on about technique!! This is how you do it aka this bearded guy in the cap like vanilla ice! The guy on the machine next to me however this is most certainly NOT how you do it!! So as for my set, some ideas for you. - Reps to failure with a squeeze and hold, finished with a 5 second stretch and then one final rep. - Drop the weight, 5 more reps with a 5 second or 5 little squeezes at the bottom of the movement followed by 5 quick reps and a big squeeze and hold on the final rep! Time under tension, intensity, working the target muscle not just moving the weight from A to B!! Also notice how my torso doesnt move much as Im using my lats and not swinging the weight down with my lower back.
