Perhaps my last trip post -- the bonus adventure!! Akiko surprised me and came back to the hotel this morning after Elena went to school. We had a special morning visiting a temple close by. Such different architecture than all the Thai temples, of course. What beautiful grounds - and beautiful company!! Very interesting to have this extra day in Japan. (Drivers actually stay between the lines!) This unexpected delay was definitely the cherry on top! Feeling blessed!!
