Perspectives in Change Leadership is rapped up and now Im off to a new class. Thank you to all the professors at Mid-Continent that influence me and developed me to succeed on a maters level. It is an encouragement to me to be able to share this moment with you. I feel like listening to that one song, Harlem Shake. Dr. Kim gives me feedback to this course, Justin, for this assignment, you have been appointed by your organization (either a hypothetical one or one you are familiar with) to prepare its Workforce 2020 executive report. You did a great job expanding on your work week by week and incorporating the specified items into your work. It was clear that you understood the module readings, as you presented scholarly work. In your presentation, you were effective in analyzing your organization, explaining your organization’s structure, as well as the workforce diversity, market/customer diversity, and communications technology. Your final efforts clearly laid out current workforce trends and industry trends that this organization needs to address as well as similar organizations that can be used as a benchmark. Additionally, you included a set of recommendations that will enable the organization to meet the expected challenges of 2020, and you supported your assertions using the selected scholarly resources. This is a great ending!
