Phew, what a busy weekend for District 72 Toastmasters. we have had a great DOT, with many ideas shared, some marketing tips for us all, fellowship, a well run Executive meeting and 2 baton passes. Fantastic to see you all and counting down till we all meet again at The Skys the Limit District Convention in Christchurch in May. Your Division Governors have come away from the weekend with some wonderful news for you all. One of the marketing tips for club promotion was Meetup which Sean Walton Area A6 Governor promptly set up for his club and in less than 24 hours had 24 responses - this was the highlight of my weekend to hear, an AG acting on a new idea and having such success. Thank you to Sean for giving it a go and I look forward to hearing more from Sean and all of you who give this a try.
