No regular so you must find another job and apply again Fuc* life!, most company in Ph. Process applicant and employment through agency or third party no direct hiring policy! A very low salary or minimun wage but the deduction of all agnecy in Philippines is too much!! Fuc* life! Salary deduction for agency, deduction for tax shi*!, deduct for too much benefits!! Life suck in our country!!!! No changes until now!! Over populated!!! No control!!! Changes! Changes! Changes! Changes! Actions!!!!!!
