Phils Uncle Denny had Downs. He couldnt talk but he loved hugs and visitors. This reminds me of him :) way back when he was born, it was suggested that he be put in a facility. Phils grandma would have nothing to do with that. Denny wasnt supposed to live past 12. He just passed recently, he was in his uppers 60s! Until Denny, Id never met anyone with Downs. Im so glad people now treat those with Downs with respect. I hope that the marginalized people of todays society will see these changes in my lifetime.
