Phoenix King Leos Hey fellas, Good practice today, way to keep those feet moving and those heads on a swivel, good reaction times and way to get to the ball defense! Offense nice job moving that rock and making that scoreboard light up! progress toward the new season, with each day passing, we are that much closer to kickoff time! Also great job men picking each other up and being there for each other throughout conditioning, what I seen today takes a great amount if time to accomplish but with all the different walks of life, you all came together and treated each other like family and on behalf of Ralph Norzagaray, family is exactly what we are! Great practice, stretch, rest up and ice(ice compression and elevation) if you need it and if you dont, take an ice bath tonight, you guys still got work and Im going to train you hard but still want you to be able to accomplish your daily tasks, this is a commitment, that I, as a man and a Coach am proud to take with you all!
