Pickles. Who out there really believes pickles need to be refrigerated after opening?? Folks, we are talking about a vegetable emerged in vinegar. I am inclined to believe the label on the pickle jar indicating to refrigerate after opening is nothing more than a small part of a worldwide conspiracy to consume more refrigerator space so GM can sell larger refrigerators! I mean, I prefer to eat my pickles at room temperature. Who else here is with me? Lets start a revolt!! Refuse to refrigerate pickles!!! Ive seen the pickled eggs in a jar at the bar sitting there since 1963 and people eat them and live!! Whats the worst that could happen if we stop refrigerating pickles??
