Plans dont always work out exactly the way you planned. Woke up this morning after a decent sleep and pain was improved.....for a moment. Could not find my insurance card so I contacted Blue Shield. Told I could download and print. Yeah. Asked about coverage,after all we have Covered Calif right? What irony, nothing is covered, until we meet the $ 10,000 deductible. Copay is $120. Xrays covered? Nope, prescriptions? Nope, lab work, nope. You get what you pay for I guess. 5 years ago I had great insurance but our plan was close to $2,000 a month. Got too expensive so I dropped mine, I mean I have enjoyed very good health due to very good genes so I should be OK, for awhile. Then Obama tells us we have to have insurance. Well here I am with insurance that covers nothing. Now I need help and its no help at all.
