PlayStation UK Sony UK Customer service straw Poll. Do you think that phoning a premium brand customer service number it is acceptable to hold for an hour and ten minutes? Do you then think it is acceptable to hold with absolutely no idea of how long the call will be? Would you expect that you might need to know where you are in the queue? ( in case the world ends ) Might it be a minimum that there might be some information about opening hours! 3rd time of calling at different times of the day! If the premium brand was experiencing some difficulties, that this might be passed on the the consumers so they dont waste hours of there time not getting anywhere? You are a technology company surely a telephone answering system is not rocket science? Having bought in to PS1 PS2 PS3 & PS4 I am dis-maid at the lack of customer service!
