Please be wary of anybody who has to walk through the front door at the gym sideways because their ego wont fit the conventional way. Typically they take anywhere from 5-15 minutes between sets, spread a large amount of broscience/ BS & have an average to terrible rig at best. They seem to own the only copies of the dictionary that dont contain the words form or technique & their habits are highly infectious. Please stay safe & avoid these people at all costs. Notsrs - these people annoy me. Drop the act, the weight, the imaginary lat syndrome & try picking up something that you can actually lift properly. HAPPY SATURDAY =]
