Facebook is not efficient for ordering or answering 10 questions, one question at a time. There are many days I get on Facebook ONLY to post flavors and some days not at all during business hours. Phone calls are always answered during business hours and voice mail is available before/after hours. Emails are read when theres down time. This post will be repeated daily until everyone has had a chance to read it. Ive done my very best to keep up with Facebook while baking and decorating for 2 years but yesterday was the last day for me to accept orders on Facebook. When someone questions why I havent replied yet with ??? because she knows Ive read her messages (less than 10 minutes since original message was received), its time to stop orders on Facebook LOL Seriously now, who can bake/decorate, give customers full service in person and on the phone PLUS reply instantly on Facebook? Me thats who! LOL Facebook is great and I love interacting with everyone, continue please.
