So here is the latest Kickstarter update; we are $1600 in with $7200 to go. I have pending pledges of about another $1500. My goal is to have as close to $3000 as possible by the end of the weekend. At that time, some of my industry contacts will start promoting the project. Their desire is to have as close as possible to the $3000 goal met by Monday so they can start their push after that. It has always been uncomfortable for me to ask for money but that is my role now -- business comes before art, even in small budgeted projects like this one.
