Responsibilities include: providing direction and oversight of this federally funded program including unit operations, fiscal management, personnel functions, and related administrative functions; establishing and implementing strategies to increase student participation, retention and academic success during their freshman year at WSU. This position will also implement short and long-range organizational goals and objects; represent the university to internal and external constituents; and provide the vision to address changing social, educational, demographic and financial issues that impact service delivery to students.
