Please help us create awareness regarding what will happen to our horse and ranch community if the cemetery is approved. #1 We have issues with not having enough water at the ranches on Camino Tassajara and many ranches already have to have water hauled in because of the well issues. #2 We run a rescue called Horses Healing Hearts in Contra Costa County directly across the street where the cemetery would be built. Now, if the cemetery is built it will cause major stress on our horse rescue and cause more water issues at the Mill Iron U ranch which is also a boarding facility to more than 80 horses. #3 Most importantly this cemetery affects the entire community because of the increased traffic. The proposed 2-3 funerals a day will increase the likelihood of car accidents on a blind curve where horse trailers are always pulling in and out. Please sign the petition. Stop the Dry Creekside Memorial Park and actually save lives of both humans and horses.
