ICBC-Corps of Lifeguards are organised units of skilled volunteers that provide beach lifeguarding services in their local community. The Lifeguard Corps are here to tackle the global epidemic of drowning incidents that claim an estimated 400,000 lives around the world each year, over half of which are children, and 96% of these drownings happen in low to middle-income countries.
