Please join me in sending extra love to the troubled Middle East. Without engaging in any political debate, just recognizing that there are souls in pain, people dying and families being ripped apart. Sending love to those who hurt others as well as those who are hurting. We are here to learn how to release our need for destruction and turn our hearts to compassion. There are so many who suffer, and if you wish to add a focus to this post, or make an individual post, I urge you to do so. More than ever, the world and all of its inhabitants needs love.
