We are fighting to get an elementary music program taught by credentialed teachers back in the budget for next year. Currently, the district, the Education Foundation and Common Core Funding are all focused in technology, but we know that countless research shows the connection between childhood arts experiences and problem solving skills/academic success. Lend your voice by attending board meetings so that the budget for next year reflects OUR values instead of THEIR values.
