Please note, today is Remembrance Day; & we will be observing a 2 minute silence at 11am. If you are training - this means turning off your music & stopping. Its important to us that these opportunities to reflect & remember are not ignored, as over the course of time these times of remembrance could well become eroded and fade. On the eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the eleventh month in 1918 - the guns of Europe fell silent after 4 years of fighting. In a railway carriage in the forest of Compiegne, France; the Armistice was signed at 5am. 6 hours later, the Great War was over. By keeping this tradition strong year on year, we will remember them for generations to come.
