Please post, need help. My son 11 months old, 4 weeks ago came back from an overseas trip 6 hr time difference and his current sleep routine at night involves him sleeping from 7:30pm with a bottle and dream feed at 10:30pm. Prior to going overseas he would sleep till 0730am. Now he wakes at 0130 and sometimes hourly after this. His day time naps at 10 and 2 are fine and he self soothes to sleep, why at night does he change his ability to self sooth? Any suggestions would be very much appreciated!
