Please share this around Another dishonest online seller... A friend of mine bought some make up from sg cosmetic...the deal was to collect ( at thomson medical delifrance) and make cash payment on 30aug14 as the seller was working on that particular day.. my friend is pregnant now (9months) and unfortunately she cant make it for collection.. Thus she inform seller that shes unable to make it and can only collect the following day.. The seller asked her to make full payment so that she is on the safe side ( As u know some buyers do MIA too after seller used own pocket money to purchase item before hand) . My friend made the full amount as to gurantee that she really want the item and not to play prank on her... Agreement was made to collect item on 31staug..seller told that she will be at work ( thomson medical delifrance ) and can just do self collection... My friend engage a courier to help pick up item as she was still having bad cramps.. when courier reached n ask for yati ( sellers name ) , the staff mentioned that she was not on duty... courier called seller but to no avail...wasted trip... wasted $$ on courier... Pm was sent to seller, asking about item and why she didnt inform that she wasnt at work... seller mentioned that she passed the item to another staff at her workplace by the name of faiz and to pass it to my friend when she came over... but! Faiz was not on duty too! How can a seller leave a buyers item at workplace overnight when she is not working the following day and expect someone to keep it till the buyer drop by? I guess the buyer can just drop by to the sellers place itself to collect, right? Not responsible at all...( or maybe the item was not there at all ) Some arguments between seller n buyer... As my friend is totally pissed off, she did talk to the seller sarcastically.. seller said that item was at her workplace and she had to come down again to collect. again??? How stupid can this seller be?? in the end, my friend ask for refund and seller promised to make a refund... acct number was exchange in the morning but till now, no refund was made... Whats more, the seller block my friend up... didnt pick up her call n never reply her SMSes... she did mentioned if no payment made, she will report it to the police... she did apologise for being rude and what she wanted was to get her money back... I tried calling the seller to help my friend up, a man picked up the phone n when I ask wheres yati, he claimed that yati was at her uncles place.. I asked when shes going to make the refund as my friend need the money back and this is what he said, ( translate to english) later I ask her lah.. your friend also very hard to deal with.. if she want to report, just report lah! and hung up on me.. when I call again,he diverted this call to a not-in-use number...so dishonest! She was at fault as not informing my friend that she was not working nor telling my friend that she passed the item to her colleague and wanted to turn the story around saying my friend was the one who doesnt understand Message to sg cosmetic : Maybe $60 is not a big sum for u but it is to us.. its our hard earn money... if this how u make online business, u are just tarnishing other online sellers reputation... like what malay always says, melayu makan melayu.. macam mana nak maju sooo disappointing...
