Please share to raise awareness of the debilitating condition known as RCAD. My brother Matt Mitchell suffers from this terrible disorder and sadly he has been struck down again this morning. Sufferers undergo a long period of increasing anticipation until suddenly they will withdraw from real life for a period of three days. Relapses occur roughly every two years, and during a relapse, the patient suffers mood swings, nervousness and on alternate relapses, the inability to go to bed at a sensible hour. The episodes end in one of two ways, either extreme euphoria or deep depression. In the case of the euphoria, the sufferer will take every opportunity in the future to talk about how they felt at that moment - this is also known as the Medinah Complex. So if you know someone suffering from Ryder Cup Addiction Disorder, spare a thought for them this weekend and share this to be a supportive friend.
