[Please share – this is an open munkar of the worst kind that deserves open and clear condemnation] Kha’in al-Haramayn [betrayer of the two harams], ‘King’ Abdullah, and his cursed regime further established its position on the side of the enemies of Islam last week by declaring the Ikhwan a terrorist organisation – not long after standing with the secular dictator al-Sisi and criminalising Muslims going to fight in Syria. Now, Sh. Abdul al-Rahman al-Sudais, has come out giving (false) Islamic justification to the regime’s ruling. He did the same with Saudi support for Sisi. Notice the pattern: regime makes audacious ruling that blatantly goes against Islam, then calls out its scholars to provide religious justification. Woe to the scholars to respond to such calls, and woe to them for what they earn of the dunya by giving false testimony on the deen of Allah! The following is some of what Sh. al-Sudais said, yesterday, 09 March 2014, in reference to the statement of the Interior Ministry declaring the Ikhwan a terrorist organisation. Wallahu al-Musta’an! “The statement of the Interior Ministry came to be an actual interpretation and practical implementation of the content of the royal decree and its sunna (-based) indications. It reflects the glowing picture of the Saudi way and it solid foundations.” “The deen of Islam comprises of great objectives and noble goals, aiming to preserve the deen, person, intellect, honour and wealth, and to achieve and complete benefits and prevent and minimise harms. It strives to achieve security and stability for individuals and societies. It emphasises adherence to the jama’a, to the legitimate bay’a, obedience to the rulers of the Muslims in a good way, holding on the rope of Allah, all together, and repudiating division, difference, dissension and disunity, partisanship and fanaticism, terrorism and extremism. By the grace of Allah, this blessed land, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, has taken this correct path. From its inception on the hands on Imam Muhammad ibn Saud and Imam Muhammad ibn Abdul al-Wahhab – Allah have mercy on them both – it has adhered to the correct and sound creed and ruled by the Book and Sunnah, and moved according to the path of the righteous salaf in a unique daw’ah of reformation, actualising the comprehensive understanding of Islam.” “The noble royal decree from the servant of the haramayn, King Abdullah Abd al-Aziz – Allah aid him – (to imprison anyone who partakes in fighting outside the kingdom) came to emphasise the distinction of this land as being one group [jama’a] whose rulers and citizens are all united, and who will not be divided by groups, parties, associations and organisations.” “The statement comes – not as something strange to the land of tawheed and unity – in order to announce loudly that there is no compromise or bargaining of the correct Islamic creed by riding the waves of heresy and creating doubt in the fixed principles. It firmly establishes the shar’i bay’a for the legitimate ruler [wali al-‘amr al-mu’tabar] in adherence to his (saw) saying, “He who dies while not have a bay’a on his neck, he dies a death of jahiliyya”, and not being deceived by the illegitimate bay’as to parties, organisations and platforms which serve the political agendas foreign to this blessed land. The security and stability of the society is a red line which cannot be crossed no matter the justifications.” “This statement came to protect the youth of the kingdom some of whom, unfortunately, are exploited by foreign organisations and agendas… thus it is a statement of mercy and compassion and fatherly concern…it comes as a balm for injury, a safety valve, a life buoy, and it will have – Allah willing – far-reaching effects and strong consequences in extinguishing the fire of fitna, exiting from tribulation, and preserving the security and stability of this land.
