What If He’d Found No Time When I woke up this morning, I didn’t pray Now Lord, to be truthful, what can I say? I tried so hard but found no excuse. I guess Lord; I just felt there wasn’t much use. I felt there’s no time I’m too busy today So I rushed off to work, I went on my way But now God, I’ve come to the end of the day I’m so very sorry that I lived it that way For Jesus, I wonder God what would I do? If his feelings for me, were as mine were to you The day he was lifted, so high on the cross As slowly his life’s blood was shed for the lost But he didn’t feel that there was no use God, he didn’t seek to find an excuse He willingly gave his life for up me Then opened my eyes so I’d clearly see Jesus you so loved us and because of our need You gave all you had; you gave up your life so that we would be free Though forgetful and ungrateful, still I might receive Salvation so wondrous if I just believe So God, please forgive my unthankful way For the love you showed to send your son to Calvary that day For I realize, just where I should be If you had found No time for me
