Plum tart/pie or in Dutch it might be considered a Vlaai (sweet pastry) without pudding base, 100% prunes fruit filling only. No bake - off so its cooling down and needs to firm up in the fridge. Dont think the transfer is going to happen, everyone has been attracted by the glossy, aromatic bordeaux red filling and pinching bites to sample and check on taste, colour, texture....What? ?? The sweet pastry crust is a Jamie Oliver recipe, which I tried for the first time. A light and crispy base with orange rind , will definitely try again.
