Plymouth CrossFit , The biggest thing we hear from non-crossfitters is that they feel they have to get in shape before I can start. We all know that is not true but we also know that perception is everything. Now you have something you can share with your friends and family members that are hesitant about jumping directly into CrossFit. We have taken all that we have learned about community based functional fitness and built a fitness program designed for EVERYONE. At its core, the HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) program will produce increased muscle Endurance, Strength, Power, and if desired, tremendous weight loss. The HIIT program is NOT CrossFit, but it does embrace a lot of the same principles, such as community, constant variation and professional coaching, but removes the complexity of Olympic Lifting and Gymnastics, as well as reduces the ferocity of competition typically associated with CrossFit. As a result, the HIIT program is truly for EVERYONE! We are kicking it off on Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays at our sister gym in Northville but as soon as it takes off, we will be introducing HIIT at all of our locations.
