Police Chief Charles McClelland, “I can’t assume there’s an irregularity. I can’t assume the officers falsified a government document. I can’t assume anything until I have proof or evidence,” he told the news station. Hmm, too bad everyone doesnt get the same consideration? Now why is it they get even extra consideration when it comes to sentencing? IF anything shouldnt their punishment be more sever than the average citizen? Shouldnt it be at least double what the average person would get? Shouldnt anyone in positions of power & responsibility found to be in breech of trust be held to a higher level than the people they protect or serve? (this might help fix the pension funding problem if the minimum is that they loose that right off the top & the ones who are found guilty have to pay for the court costs...)
