Political parties that are family enterprises like PML N and PPP are a slap on merit and capability. Only those that are loyal to the controlling family are given ministries and top slots of departments. It is this disrespect for merit that produce erroneous actions and bad governance. The need of the time is creation of a political party that is an institution where merit and capability is the only criteria to rise in the organization. Inshallah we will make PTI that institution.
