Polly Howard: Polly Elizabeth Howard, age 56, of Lexington, formerly of Coshocton, OH, passed away Sunday, August 25, 2013, at her home with her family by her side. She was born October 2, 1956 in Harlan but had lived in Coshocton and Lexington most of her life. Polly was a home care provider for Bluegrass Mental Health and a member of the Southland Christian Church of Lexington. She is preceded in death by her parents, Tesco and Arkey Cornett Howard. Survivors include her daughter, Jennifer Howard, Lexington, KY; three brothers, Bruce Gilbert, Lexington, KY; Danny Howard, Springfield, IL; and Michael Howard, Columbus, OH; three sisters, Judy Adams, Warsaw, OH; Kaye Alverson, Lexington, and Diane Howard, Lexington, KY; and a host of other family and friends. Visitation will be held Friday, August 30, 2013, from 12 until 2 pm in the Chapel of the Evarts Funeral Home. The funeral services will follow at 2 PM with the Dr. John Musick and Reverend Art Beasley officiating.Burial will follow in the Resthaven Cemetery Keith, KY.
