Poor Gideon spiked a fever fast enough and high enough that BethAnne took him to the ER at one in the morning, while I stayed with our other three kids. He alternates between being really happy/playful and really, really NOT. We are keeping him hydrated well. And, there arent any other, specific symptoms. Of course, the ER sent him home with only a bit of advice, but I was concerned that an uncontrolled temp could start producing seizures. They were pleased that he was well-hydrated.
