Position: Regional Recruiter Location: Woonsocket, RI Firm: CVS Description: Req ID: 80161BR Business Area: CVS Caremark This is a remote position to source, screen, and present qualified candidates to Clinical Managers - Develop and maintain candidates relationships over extended - eriods of time - Personally participate in and support recruitment activities to ensuring that applicants are handled efficiently and effectively - Lead, manage and mentor our Clinical Managers in recruitment functions, to include compliance with processes and policies - Consult with Director of National Recruitment on recruitment initiatives and challenges to develop and implement an appropriate recruiting plan for assigned markets - Utilize technology to manage candidates and applicant for increase efficiency and effectiveness - Attend local and national meetings, conferences and job fairs and develop relationships with candidates as well as key members of associated organizations - Work with team to develop, improve and evaluate overall recruitment strategies on a national and local basis Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources or related area. Masters degree preferred A minimum of 5 years of experience in full cycle recruiting including sourcing, candidate & hiring manager relationship management Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a field and/or virtual environment a plus as well as healthcare experience. Demonstrated knowledge of sourching practices, CRM techniques, recruitement technology and metrics/scorecard required. Strong skills in using competency based behavioral interviewing to assess candidates a must, certificate in Behavioral Interviewing preferred. Must be customer focused, adaptable, have strong follow up & organizational skills. Must be able to demonstrate strong consulting skills and the ability to build partnerships Must be proficient with all Microsoft office products and have the ability and interest to learn new software packages. Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources or related area.
