Position: Sr. Business Analyst The Senior Business Systems Analyst is the primary point of contact for interface between the business users and IT teams. This Senior Analyst formulates and defines systems’ scope and objectives through research and fact-finding, combined with a basic understanding of business systems. Essential Functions: • Reviews programming requests and works with business users and technical staff to identify, gather, analyze, and document business system requirements • Articulates and presents business analysis results clearly and concisely to programming staff • Develops requirements tractability matrix to be used in software development and QA testing • Works with business users to document current work flow processes and collaborates with users in identifying, defining, and documenting process improvement options and alternatives, as directed by business needs • Works with business users to define and document business rules Education/Experience: • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience • 5-7 years business analysis experience • 3-5 years full Software Development Life-Cycle experience • Healthcare experience, preferred • Project Management experience, preferred Computer Skills: • Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Visio and Project CONTACT Send resumes to recruiter@360itpro or call us at 510-254-3300
