Job Code: CNVA1424 Designation: Lead VnA trainer Qualification: >=Graduate Experience : >= 2years (But somebody with excellent communication skills then 0-1 year experience can be considered) Domain Specific Skill Set & Ability: Job Description – (Desired Skills + Responsibilities): • Build and sustain professional and communication skills for the advisors that come into NHT • Undergo the TTT certification and thereafter deliver NH Training to NHT batches • Identify Learning needs of agents/ any other learners/ business as a learning consultant • Design training curriculum using the principles of Instructional Design • Work closely with the Ops and quality team to use data from floor in training and to customize training according to Project/process. • Observe and evaluate trainee performance during real time training sessions • Track and maintain trainee attendance and trainee certification records for audit purposes. • Initiate and participate in the projects of the team and the department • Conducting refreshers and huddles for NHTs and tenured population • Should be willing to work in 24/7 shifts (Day and Night Shifts - Rotational) with no fixed week offs and 6 days working. Comp off will be given for the 6th day.
