One day, he was out for a jump and the airplane experienced engine trouble and the plane began to dive at 100mph. Mickey was seriously injured and not expected to make it. He had burns all over his body, nerve damage, internal infection in his body, and his organs were beginning to shut down. Then, he had an experience that changed his life forever. While he was in the hospital, he experienced the presence of God like no other and believes his spirit traveled to heaven to experience Gods glory. He saw and felt the pure love of God there, but he also felt and saw the other option of a dark abyss. He chose to follow the Lord and God spared his life. The Lord restored his life and He continued to do miracles in Mickeys life, including restoring blindness that he had in one eye for over 5 years. God is the God of restoration and healing!
