Posting this for Luke Ebron: Something interesting here guys (at least these numbers interest me): In 30 mins: A: 15 mins to establish a max height box jump B: 10 mins to establish a max broad jump 5 mins specific warm up for C C: Max reps bear complex in 5 mins (70kg/45kg) 1 point for each inch / rep achieved! Most total points wins Rules: Time periods are strict, no splitting it up! Box Jump: must get full extension at the top and show full control Broad Jump: must be landed properly, no skipping forward or hands touching ground - measure to heel closest to start line! Bear Complex: Squat Clean Thruster to back thruster is allowed as long as all normal bear complex standard depths and lock outs are achieved! (No flash lock outs at the top - must be full lockout with control) Half inches to not count at all - no rounding up, only full inches allowed for scoring! To get more female scores in this week, the highest female total will post next weeks WOD! Males - you are just fighting for kudos! (Be cool to see some videos of the big box jumps and broad jumps from both males and females) Enjoy!!
