Press for immediate Release Date: 04 July 2014 FUNERAL ARRANGEMENT OF THE PEOPLE’S LEADER AND HERO CDE MADIMETJA PIET PALE Mogalakwena Residents Association is in mourning of the brutal Assassination of our founding chairperson and spokesperson Cde Madimetja Piet Pale. We want to take this opportunity to urge the South African Police Service and all law enforcement agencies to swiftly arrest the perpetrators and instill stability in our community. We are calling upon all members of the community to cooperate with the police or alternatively come to us with the information which will assist in ensuring that we bring those who are implicated on the book and face the mighty of the law. We hold a firm view that those who want to intimidate and instill fear amongst us are not having any place to stay in the community. As we are celebrating the life and times of our hero Cde Pale, we want to make that the following happens: 01. The immediate arrest of the group of Councilors and officials of Mogalakwena Municipality who are implicated in the KPMG forensic Report. 02. The immediate investigation and removal of the head of detective unit in Mokopane police station who happens to be the wife of the so-called ANC Regional Secretary Tolly Mashamaite who is implicated on the KPMG report. 03. The immediate removal of Councilors who have failed to discharge their responsibility and mandate as stipulated in Municipal Structures Act and Municipal Standard Standing order in Mogalakwena Municipality by the MEC of CogHSTA. 04. Life style audit of the former Mayor and his group of friends who we hold affirm believe that they are involved in this assassination. 05. The immediate appointment of Municipal Manager and other section 57 Managers and ensuring that our people get services. This is what Cde Pale was brutally assassinated and we are not going rest until the above mentioned are attained. The funeral arrangements are as follows: Cde Madimetja Piet Pale will arrive on his family home on Saturday morning at 07H00, a private service will be held until 7H30. The procession will lead to Mahwelereng Stadium where a full service will be held until 10H00 and then continue to Mahwelereng Cemetery.
