Preview of a few exercises used in yesterdays back session with Alex Kidd at Ultimatefitness. Was a great session utilising super sets drops sets and resistance bands. Full session was 4 sets of lat pull downs supersetting wide grip with close v handle grip, reps from 12-15. Then 4 sets of t bar rows using same 2 grips as a superset - wide then into close. Then 3 sets of hammer strength Iso-lateral high rows with resistance band (awesome exercise) then onto seated cable rows using wide grip - just 2 sets starting with 5 reps holding each rep squeezed for 5 seconds then straight into 10 reps. And finally hyper-Extension 3 sets using weight. Here I went up to 80kg and did drop set to 40kg then to 20kg. Back was super pumped and lower back was throbbing.
