REQUIREMENTS: Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent qualification. Skills and Competencies: Computer literacy (MS Office); Good Communication skills (verbal and written); Good Interpersonal relations; Ability to work under pressure; and Interpersonal relations. DUTIES: Handle incoming and outgoing calls, transfer calls, take and convey messages; Ensure that the switchboard is manned at all times and that customers (internal and external) are attended to without delay; Handling of telephone enquiries; Attend to all other duties that may be required to do from time to time, Issue monthly statement of calls made and Distribution of monthly statements of accounts to officials .
