Take cases of fire incidents and response of our fire services......arriving hours after the fire must have destroyed everything within reach, and when they respond quick, its to arrive at the scene without water. How about our police that hardly respond to distress call, and when they do its after robbers have robbed and gone. What baffles any right thinking individual even without training should know the simple strategy of cordoning off an area where crime is in progress, but our trained security personnel will claim that they engaged armed robbers in gun duel but they managed to escape. The case of the 14yr old stowaway is yet another of our shameless ways of running things in this country, and by large a shame to those in power.
