Prof mills is a great man all his life was successful he attain his Phd an incredible age of 27 he also had a very public service working life, is it in the classroom or administrative he stands tall he rose to become a vice president and on 7th january 2009 he got the top most position in ghana. In this fourth republic ghana has been able to achieve single digit inflation thats in 1998 and 2010 for 2years continues. He set up 2 universities in 3years this man is indeed a genius
