Project Description from Notice of Preparation of an EIR and Public Scoping Meeting letter mailed to me on November 21, 2014. This is a map outlining the proposed development. In total Ben Salisbury owns 110 acres. The RED outlines the 78.04-acres residential site that will consist of 242 single-family dwellings, three private parks, and associated infrastructure. The proposed projects residential lots would range in size from approximately 9,000 to 19,000 square feet. The development would include four floor pans of two-story structures with heights of approx. twenty-eight feet each with five bedrooms...A bridge would be constructed over an unnamed dry wash that crosses the southern portion of the project site to provide internal access to proposed residences south of the dry wash.
