Project IM Lead.= needed Tasks - Develop and maintain the Project IM Strategy and the IM Plan ensuring compliance with the relevant global and local standards and solutions e.g. DEP Engineering Information Specification (DEP EIS), DFO and Coding Manual. - Provide IM input to the Project Execution Strategy (PES) and later to the Project Execution Plan (PEP). - Implement IM general guidelines and procedures for the Shell project team, design / execution contractors and equipment vendors for the relevant ORP phase. - Produce and implement the Project Information Specification, which details the overall Project deliverables. - Ensure that the IM requirements are included in the design / execution contracts through the contract-specific IM Scope of Work and Information Specification. - Contribute to the Prequalification and ITT packages and to the evaluation of bids. - Ensure that the IM requirements are implemented by contractors and that the compliance is tested regularly. - Facilitate provision of the document control services at all of the Projects locations including e.g. home office, engineering offices and construction sites. - Facilitate the data control process in the Project with special attention to the LCI scope. - Develop a Handover Plan and facilitate the effective handover of the project information and any related tools between the major execution contractors (e.g. from individual EPCs to an EPcM), between the contractors and the owners project team and eventually, handover to the Operations team. - At each project phase undertake the IM-related mandatory value assurance activities for that phase as defined in the Project Controls and Assurance Plan (PCAP). Qualifications - Must have past experience as a LCI/DFO coordinator or IM Lead (min 5 years). - Previous exposure to the Upstream / Downstream environment in project engineering, project services or discipline engineering role is required. - Past project management experience essential. KNOWLEDGE OF: - Data / document control processes and systems in major capital projects, solutions and applications that facilitate them - EDW, EDMS, reporting software such as Crystal, BO, MS Access, etc. - Interface management in the major execution contracts (FEED, EPC, EPCM, etc.). Personal skills - Strong team leader, able to balance individual contribution while ensuring compliance with existing customers IM processes and requirements as well as enable and develop other IM resources in the team. -Planning and a structured approach is essential as there is a portfolio of projects to manage and balance resources towards. - Able to communicate with and understand the needs of technical and non-technical stakeholders Language - Must be strong in communication skills, especially in English, both written and oral.
