Proper security infrastructure Proper investigative procedures Proper trained police force Swift / organized in reaction Transperancy in communication to public = Proper results even in an unfortunate brutal event of the sort Where is that in all the security strategy in Egypt that has been adopted for 10s of years..... Egypt problem is in the governing mentality that is still of 10s of years ago. Actually the mentality of the people which has been forced to remain standstill for decades.
