Protect yourself through the cold and flu season with this anti-microbial potent combination! Helps prevent and heal sinusitis, upper respiratory infections, UTIs, etc. Use equal parts organic garlic, onion, peeled horseradish root, and apple cider vinegar. Process/blend to an applesauce consistency. May add cayenne and peeled ginger if desired. Store in a glass container in the fridge for weeks and take 1 tablespoon 4-5x/day as needed. Can eat plain, on a cracker or chip, or in salads and sautés. This is one of the few times we actually recommend white foods for healing power:)
